Rice Paper 227g

This is the rice paper used to make Vietnamese Summer Rolls also known as Cha Gio. Rehydrate by spraying with water or sliding in a bowl of water, then leave on oiled surface as it softens. Once it becomes soft and translucent, fill with ingredients of choice and roll up. Oil the surface to reduce stickiness.
