Our Story
Two years after moving to the beautiful Kapiti Coast, Mikel & Irma decided that enjoying what to bring what they loved most — good company, good food, and the joy of sharing both — to their new home. In 2020, Fusion Food Haus opened its doors at Mahara Place, and a memorable 2 years it was.
Weeks later, the pandemic hit. We kept our community fed through lockdown, started delivering nationwide earlier than almost anyone, and built our online shop almost overnight — because good food shouldn't have to wait for anything. From there we grew into a full café in Tawa, serving up the same East-meets-West spirit to everyone who walked through the door.
Now, we've taken that spirit fully online. No more walk-ins, no more storefront — just the same flavours and the same mischief you've always loved, delivered straight to your door or catered for your next gathering.
