Fine, thick paste of ground sesame, pure and full of flavour. Add a teaspoon into a small bowl of sweet chillie sauce, microwave in spurts of 10 seconds and keep stirring to dissolve. Makes an awesome dip for fried savoury foods. Can be used also in other dishes requiring sesame paste.
