These are quite literally dried kway teo noodles which is convenient in places where getting fresh version of these noodles are almost impossible. They however come in square thin pieces but once cooked, they curl up. When using in soups, just drop them in once soup is boiling. For fried version, boil these as you would pasta for a different presentation to your stirfry or noodle soup dish.
