Green Mustard

Known also as Kiam Chai, this pickled green mustard may have been the inspiration for Kimchi in Korea, with the main difference that these are not spiced during pickling. As such, it renders the chef with more options on its use in cooking preparation. Suitable for stirfries and sour savoury soups.
