1. Purchase of Vouchers constitutes acceptance of all of these terms and conditions, changes to which may be effected and published at any time.

2. Vouchers are valid for 6 months from date issued. No negotiation to the extension of the expiry date from the date of issue will be entertained.

3. Vouchers are sold excluding GST.

4. Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, in part or full, and is valid for a single transaction only.

5. Vouchers are not valid during any sale or in conjunction with any special promotion.

6. Fusion Food Haus does not accept any responsibility for any unauthorized use of Vouchers arising from Customers' security failures. We do not verify the identities of those redeeming valid vouchers.
