Stollen Marzipan 1kg G+G

A stollen is a traditional German bread-like fruitcake enjoyed around Christmas. Rich, dense and packed with  dried fruits, nuts, and spices. Some contain marzipan (almond paste) in the center, for added flavor. Stollen is usually oval, often resembling a folded-over loaf. The outer layer is dusted heavily with powdered sugar, which gives it a snowy, festive appearance. When sliced, you can see the chunks of dried fruit and nuts (often almonds).
