Our recipe uses beef as source of meat, spices, and herbs like majoram, thyme, sage & bay leaves, then blended to create a smooth, spreadable paste. The taste of Leberwurst can vary depending on the various regions in Germany. Great as a spread on toast, as a dip with crackers and presented on charcuterie boards.
