Stir this flour mix in water as per suggested volume on packaging into a pot. Set aside a few tablespoons as this will be needed to knead the ha gou dough. Bring pot to heat over fire and keep stirring until mixture thickens to become a dough. Cool for 5 minutes and turn dough onto kneading surface. Knead until elastic and then divide, roll out and mould with choice filling.
